Boilers need to be serviced once a year and some manufacturers require annual servicing to validate the warranty. Boiler servicing will help extend the life of your appliance and improve its performance. Some organisations think that a flue gas analysis is enough. We don’t think so.

We strip the boiler, clean it, reassemble and visually check all components. This allows us to see any small issues that could become big ones and nip them in the bud before they cause a problem.

Then we do the flue gas analysis to ensure the appliance is burning correctly. Cost approx: £65-75
